Our huge private balcony overlooks the beach and has it's own hot tub and plenty of seating for your gathering. Florence II is a small building on the north side of the island that is just steps from the ocean.
Pack light because this condo has everything you need for a relaxing time at South Padre.
Fully equipped kitchen, linens, towels & beach towels.
King bedroom with jetted tub in bathroom.
Full bunk beds in 2nd bedroom. Walk in shower in 2nd bath.
Washer & dryer in the condo.
Condo has a reserved garage parking space.
Gated pool area with heated pool and hot tub. The beach is just a short walk through the pool area.
Florence II is a family-oriented complex. During Spring Break guests must be over age 25 or traveling as a family unit of parents with children. These dates change each year. Please reach out prior to booking if you need more info about dates.
