Upon arrival, unfortunately the previous guests had pushed the couch up to the wall covering the AC return vent so the unit froze up. It took until the next morning before I could turn it on. Thankfully the weather was not extremely hot. The trash receptacle outside on the driveway was over flowing with items laying in the ground around it. Fortunately, that was picked up the next day. Just not a very attractive sight upon arrival. We supplied our own wood to have an outdoor fire and everything else was fine. Master tv is missing it’s remote and fan controller.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced upon arrival. The issue with the AC was caused by the previous guests moving the furniture and blocking the vent, which unfortunately led to the unit freezing. We appreciate your patience as our team worked to get it functioning again the following morning. We’re also sorry about the trash receptacle and the missing remote and fan controller in the master bedroom — these have since been addressed to prevent a recurrence. We’re glad to hear that aside from those issues, you were still able to enjoy your stay and the outdoor fire setup. Your comments help us improve the experience for future guests, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
