When you first enter our home, you'll be in the open concept living, dining and kitchen space. Here, you'll find 2 couches, a large Smart TV and a real wood fireplace. Nearby sits our four-top dining table and additional bar seating. When you're not enjoying Fayetteville's local food scene, our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create your favorite homemade meals or baked goods.



At the end of the day, settle into one of our three bedrooms:

(1) Our Primary bedroom is complete with a Queen-size bed, closet, Smart TV and en suite bath.

(2) Our second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, dresser and nearby bath.

(3) Our third bedroom has a Twin bed with a Twin trundle, closet and nearby bath.



Out back, the yard is fully fenced and features a fire pit and chairs - the perfect way to end the night!

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Other Things to Note:

House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
