Ports of Iona 302B is truly a private paradise, one of the most desirable locations in SW Florida. This 2bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom condo is sunny and spacious with a prime water view. Experience the true Florida life style while vacationing in the gated community of Ports of Iona; free Wi-Fi, Tennis Courts, heated community pool in Ports of Iona, BBQ-picnic area, access to Harbour Isles Fitness Center and Lap Pool and walking paths and a private fish pier! Online reservations accepted only from the first of the month to the first of the month. Call for help with special requests.

NOTE Ports of Iona requires a 1-month minimum rental. The Ports of Iona Condo Association requires that a Lease application background check be submitted 60 days prior to arrival, you will receive all forms at time of booking, During off season the Lease Application process can be submitted at lease 15-30 prior to arrival.
