This place has got it all. From the amazing lake front views & access, a private dock, space for several families to sleep and seating to dine. Did we mention we have an extra slip at our dock for your boat? We have an amazing deck, water toys, plenty of board games, and a fire pit. Our home is directly across the bay from the beautiful Lake Barkley Resort where you can put in 18 holes of golf, take the kids horseback riding, or relax with a few cocktail in the restaurant or bar.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you are checking out on a Sunday please roll large cans to the bottom of the driveway.
Do not put comforters mixed with wet towels. Comforters should stay on top of bed please.
Please put all items back where you found them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
