Charming old farmhouse for our stay to attend the defender 3-day horse event. Located minutes from the horse park, it saved us commuting time if we were to stay elsewhere. Had everything we needed including a nice back porch and a comfortable living room to hang out. The hosts were great and we hope to be back for another stay and Defender event.

The house was clean, and everyone said their bed was comfortable. The full kitchen was nice, with basic condiments and coffee provided. The location to the Kentucky Horse Park is fantastic! I would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what we needed

We had a great time at this lovely home just a short hop from the KY Horse Park. Communication with our host was great and were able to answer any questions during our stay. We will definitely be staying again for our next trip.

We’ve stayed here multiple times and love the place! This stay coincided with Halloween and we were surprised with a couple of candy buckets left out for snacking. It was clean and well apportioned. Host manager is always responsive to any questions and we had no issues during our stay. Looking forward to the next time!

We stayed here for a horse show. The kitchen was so thoughtfully stocked. We found the suggestions for local restaurants perfect. The nice big tv in the living room was easy to access all our streaming services. The beds were comfy and there were tons of towels available. If we come back to Kentucky Horse Park, we would stay here again as it's within minutes of the showgrounds.

Our family stayed at the property for Breyer Fest weekend. We were only a few minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park which was very convenient. The house is cute and very spacious. The kitchen has all of the things you need and the complimentary coffee and tea were a nice touch. There are grocery stores and restaurants just down the street too. We loved watching the fire flies at night. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.
