The Space: Unit #3 @ 540 E 1st Ave is a large, two story 1,080 sqft 2BR 2 bath with private entry from the exterior staircase from the backyard. Two great WFH workspaces in the den and master bedroom. It's on the top second and third floors and has a great balcony off the top master bedroom with mountain views.

Guest Access: PARKING: We’re a corner lot, so there is free street parking on 1st Ave out front and Pearl to the side. It’s a very quiet, safe, and family friendly residential neighborhood.

Getting Around: The property is an easy 30 to 40 minute Uber from the Denver International Airport. You're a 10-15 minute Uber ride to anywhere in the city. Check out rtd-denver .com or the RTD My Ride app for the bus and light rail routes and schedules.

LEASE: Per Denver's leasing rules, we require a lease agreement that we'll e-sign with all guests upon booking to confirm your stay.
PET RENT: We are dog friendly, but have a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $3/dog/night. Please add your dog to the reservation, so VRBO can collect the pet rent. Pet rent for second dog (if approved) will be collected separately.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: We have a guest manager and a property manager who manage over 50 apartments and guests across central Denver. Our team is available business hours and outside them in case of an emergency.
