NO KITCHEN. However, we have a kettle for tea and Keurig with fresh roasted Coffee pods and mini-moos to get you going in the morning. Microwave and mini fridge/freezer, and a few snacks and drinks so you can show up and relax without making a grocery run.

Small folding table to eat in, and your own front patio with fire table to enjoy a drink and wave at the neighborhood strollers and dog-walkers. **SMOKING of all kinds is allowed on the patio only, and the porch with the doors and window shut. Please don't fire it up indoors, we hate that and yes, we can tell.
**PATIO/YARD is NOT fenced as we discourage our guests from leaving their pets unattended due to coyotes**

This is the front half of our home which shares a common wall, with its own entrance. In full compliance and good standing with Los Angeles' strict 2019 ordinance regulating Short Term Rental listings, you can be confident you won't be canceled or relocated.

Room darkening shades, your own temperature controlled unit that also includes a portable fan and a white noise machine to lull you off to sleep, this is an ideal space for a business traveler to recharge in a place that feels like home. Choose between down or foam pillows and wrap yourself in a white goose down comforter in the cooler months.

Bathroom has a tub, shower and hand shower, heated towel rack and a toilet with a bidet washlet seat and bluetooth speaker on the vent fan so you can sing along as you go ;) PLUS all the TP and Kleenex you'll ever need.

You will have 100% privacy in your own separate wing of the house: Side door private porch and entrance, patio with fire table/smoking area, bedroom, hallway with coffee nook, full bathroom.

We live on the property in the attached home but the majority of our guests never see us. You may run into us on the street out front, but likely won't see us at all unless you seek us out, and for any little thing. We are 100% contact free and we value your privacy and safety above all, but we are happy to say hello and help you with any questions about the space or the neighborhood.

Wonderful place in a quiet neighborhood. All furniture and spaces are in great condition and very clean. They provide so many amenities from coffee and tea to just about anything you might have forgotten in your toiletry case. Very comfortable bed. The host, Jennifer, came out and greeted us when we arrived. Then we got to meet Linus, her dog! Super friendly! The place is fantastic! Everything you need and more...in case you forgot something, more than likely it's there! Comfortable bed and a welcoming patio out front. Great location (in a friendly neighborhood) for our needs. Love the village shopping and restaurants a couple blocks away...an easy walk. We'll definitely be returning to 'The Vine City Studio'

This cozy space could not have been better equipped or thought out to make it comfortable, pleasant and easy for my work trip — and the host was super communicative and nice. Street parking was easy, day and night; it was quiet; there was a very nice array of little welcome snacks; microwave and mini fridge were all I needed, so the lack of kitchen was no problem at all; lots of nice little touches like extra toiletries in the bathroom, an extra folding table near the small desk in case guests need more space, etc.I’ll be back!!

We loved our stay at this charming studio! Not knowing the LA area at all, I was worried about the area and size of the space. I should not have stressed. It’s located in a great, walkable neighborhood, with easy travel to all the LA tourist sights. Jennifer has utilized every bit of space so well, and supplied an amazing variety of toiletries, snacks and beverages. No worries about parking either. We would definitely stay here again!

Spectacular Hollywood stay

This is a wonderful spot to explore all of what Los Angeles has to offer. This place has everything you could need and more. Easy to find, easy to get access, great communication with owners, beautiful neighborhood and apartment. The smell of the flowers as you walk up the path to the front door is an added bonus. The bed is comfy, the bathroom roomy and we'll equipped. Highly recommend a stay here.

Great place and locatiom

This is a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We loved that we could walk to the market, stores and restaurants. The hosts have provided everything you can think of in the house with extra pillows, towels and supplies. I love that you don’t have to clean anything before you leave - no washing sheets or towels or vacuuming like some other places we’ve stayed. There’s a nice place to sit out front of the house to enjoy the flowers, butterflies and birds. Every time you walk out you are greeted by the fragrance of flowers. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great Fully Stocked Stay!

We loved staying here! There were so many ammenities that we barely needed to use anything we brought with us. A full complimentary mini bar, chargers, popcorn, face masks, iron and ironing board, dog blankets, bowls and toys. Even a sound machine! You name it, they had it! This cozy and very well designed spot is in a perfect location, in a safe neighborhood and the hosts have thought of everything that you might need/want (including warm towels and toilet seat!). Jennifer wrote to me before I checked in and let me know about the dog items in the closet, which did come in handy. There was enough room for my one dog's crate and the other one's bed. We walked at night in the neighborhood and felt very secure. The room is warm and the bed was very comfortable. Snacks, coffee, breakfast items, popcorn... I hadn't listened to a Beatles vinyl album in a while so that was a treat too. They even supply you with cords for all your electronic needs, in case you forgot your own. I have nothing negative to say at all. Thank you, Jennifer and Jonathan!

Super Host!

This is the best vacation rental we’ve experienced! The neighborhood is quiet, adorable, and safe. The exterior of the house is so cute, with native garden, fruit trees, and jasmine you can smell when walking up, entering, and any time you open the door. Divine! The rental has everything you could want and things you didn’t even know you’d need. Snacks, drinks, coffee, tea, all of the accoutrements for coffee and tea, dog bowls and toys, a record player and record, books, all of the phone chargers, air purifier, noise machine, office supplies, a sweater depiller The bathroom has plenty of clean towels and washcloths, several types of shampoo, conditioner, face wash, body wash, heat tools for hair, anything at all you may have forgotten, and the toilet has a heated seat and a bidet. Seriously, everything!! Finally, the decor is quintessential LA, with tons of memorabilia, including Griffith pics, Hollywood bowl art, and a set of 1984 Olympic pins. I’ve truly never experienced such attention to detail in a vacation rental and it really made our stay special. Thank you very much for sharing this awesome space with us!
