Convenience and Elegance await you when you arrive at this GORGEOUS **ADULTS ONLY** VICTORIAN PROPERTY professionally decorated with exquisite period antiques and fresh flowers.
Built in 1880, this Cape May TWIN is located in the Center of the Historic District, and a block from the Washington Street Mall, making the location WALKABLE TO EVERYTHING Cape May has to offer. And the beautiful sand and sea of Cape May is only a short four-block walk.

In addition, the AMAZING restoration and renovation of this historic 1880 property has been highlighted in a seven page article in CAPE MAY Magazine.

This 1880 unique gem boasts FOUR beautifully decorated Victorian bedrooms, and a spa-like bathroom with a shower on the second floor, a powder room on the first floor, and a private OUTDOOR ENCLOSED SHOWER with hot and cold water on the side of the house.
One of the great features of this house is the state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances and a wine cooler.
The home has a central A/C system for those warm summer days, and a gas fireplace for those chilly fall and winter evenings. Although professionally decorated with period Victorian furnishings, this house has all the MODERN conveniences of home.
The bedrooms of the house are on the small side as not to compromise the original integrity of the house when renovated, however, the bedrooms harbor a totally Victorian feel, and your stay is similar to the ambiance of the BEST Bed and Breakfasts that Cape May has to offer. THERE IS PRIVATE PARKING 5 (FIVE) STEPS FROM THE BACKPORCH FOR THREE CARS SO YOU WILL ALWAYS BE HAVE PARKING DURING YOUR STAY. YOU ARE ABLE TO WALK EVERYWHERE WITHOUT THE HASSLE OF FINDING A PARKING PLACE IN CAPE MAY. Should you want to visit areas outside Cape May City, walk out the back door and you will have access to your car -- should you need it.
For summer rentals, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and a beach cart are located on the premises. The front porch offers four rocking chairs for people-watching or relaxing with an afternoon glass of wine as the tour trolley goes by. The back porch offers porch ceiling fans, a wicker couch and two chairs with a table, and is steps away from the BBQ out back . There is a table with chairs and umbrellas on the brick patio in the back of the spacious yard which is the perfect place for an evening BBQ.
All beds are made up of beautiful top quality bedspreads and sheets, awaiting your arrival. Bath towels and beach towels are also included for your stay along with extra pillows.

This is a wonderful place, perfect in so many ways, and I highly recommend! Being in the house felt like going back in time with all of the beautiful antique furnishings and fireplace. The house was spotless; the host was very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The house has everything you need and just about a block away from the Washington mall. Sisters Trip!

Wow, so many good things to say about Trish and her place. Very gracious host, many extra touches. Short walk to Washington mall and a couple restaurants and beach is walkable too. Victorian theme in the home is quintessential Cape May. Small but numerous bedrooms worked perfectly for three sisters. Great stay highly recommend.

This home was exactly as described! It was very clean, beds were comfortable and it was a great location. Trish's home was the perfect location for my four oldest friends and I to celebrate the year we all turned 60. The decor was beautiful, authentic Victorian with all the modern amenties we needed. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms quiet, and it was a relief that all sheets, bath towels, and beach towels were provided. I really appreciated the outdoor spaces on the porches and patio to relax. Many restaurants, cafes, shops, and the beach were all within walking distance, and the Cape May Lighthouse and birding locations were a short drive away. Trish was a wonderful host and answered our questions quickly. I'd definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Our host was very helpful. The house was close to the shops, restaurants, and a short walk from the beach. The house had everything needed for a fun time down at the Jersey Shore. We will visit Cape May again.

Trish was a pleasure to communicate with and the house was so beautiful! Four of us stayed here for a work conference over 3 days at the convention center. The stay was incredible; from the charm of the house, cleanliness, welcome treats, and rooms, everything was beautiful and comfortable. The house was a leap back into time which fit the cape may vibe perfectly. The house was close to everything we needed and everyone was complimentary in my group, including several co workers at the conference who hung on the back patio with us in the beautiful weather. It was quiet, there were no issues, and the house was fully stocked with everything necessary. I would definitely recommend this property and of course, talking with Trish! Thank you!!!!

Absolutely loved this home! There was an amazing welcome basket, fresh flowers everywhere, and all of the amenities you would ever need! We really appreciated the beach tags, wagon, umbrellas and chairs! Those items usually take up most of our trunk, so we loved that these were provided. We also loved the location. We did have to login to work and had no problems with the wifi. Overall, five stars! Wonderful house & host!

This house is amazing! Trish has carefully curated a perfect home and perfect stay for you and your guests. The location is unbeatable -- right in the heart of historic Cape May. The house has tons of vintage charm, antiques, books about Cape May history, even fresh flowers -- and all with the modern conveniences of a new kitchen, baths, central air, and more. The house is immaculate and well stocked with lovely kitchen dishes, cutlery, and everything needed for eating, dining, hosting, and just hanging out. Trish is a very conscientious host and will make sure that you have everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay. We will be returning!

This is a gorgeous house, inside and out. The kitchen is fully stocked with nice things, not a hodgepodge of plates and silverware. In fact, I want to find the plates and buy some for myself. Our hostess left a large basket of snacks and a bottle of wine, starting the vacation in a lovely way. There are fresh flowers throughout the house, which is full of victorian style furnishings. It is ultra-convenitnt to the Washington St Mall area and the supermarket, and a few more blocks to the beach. EVERYTHING is included, including whatever is needed for beach visits (umbrellas, chairs, suntan lotion). Trish was an excellent communicator, and all went smoothly. I especially appreciated and NEEDED the three bedrooms that would accommodate the three couples in our group. We plan to book this house again next year!
