Recent home but not luxerious

Missing special attention to be called luxerious home. I gave some comments to the owner, I hope it will improve future guess experience. My father (85 years) was desapointed they was no back door outside balcony and not sure it is up to construction code and safe.
Stayed 3 nights in May 2025
