House was clean & well stocked. Something I found helpful was all of the cabinets in the kitchen were labeled with their contents. Made it real easy to find things & put them away. Checkout instructions were clear & easy to follow. Neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance of public transportation and places to eat. The host was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable of the services in the area. I would stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay in Seattle. The home was very clean, well-organized, and stocked with plenty of amenities. The host was extremely responsive, and the space itself was very comfortable and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again.
The property is just like it’s shown in the listing and is very convenient to Thorton Creek amenities, Northgate shopping, the transit center and light rail station. The host had some nice upgrades like new, fluffy towels, quality shampoo and bath products, including complimentary markup remover towelettes, and plenty of extra supplies available. We had a problem with Wi-Fi and they were very responsive. We thought Fred and Dave were superior hosts.
Overall it was a perfect visit. The residence is exactly as pictured. The owner is quick to respond and very understanding and helpful. The only issues we had were with the Internet. The speeds are low, so using my laptop was pretty much impossible. And then we lost Internet completely a few times while there. But that could have been a company fault and not the owners. But either way, great location, great price and great owner. Will definitely use again in the future. Thanks.

Xfinity was/has been doing system upgrades in our area over the last couple of months. I completely identify with your complaint about the Wi-Fi, we have been suffering through it. At this date, heading into late May, it appears as if all of the infrastructure work is done and life is back to normal. Loved having you as a guest and very much hoping we'll have a chance to see you again.

If you are looking for a no frills place to stay that is centrally located to public transportation this is good choice. If you are traveling with anyone with low vision or limited mobility, it might not be a great option. There isn't a lot of room to move around and there are a lot of rugs and cords to contend with. The upstairs bedroom is accessed by a very narrow and steep set of stairs so it might be difficult for some to navigate. There are air conditioners in the bedrooms and kitchen but the ACs in the bedrooms are right next to the bed so if it is hot out, you would have to be prepared to have it blow right on top of the bed. A lot of the windows do not open and the ones that do, about half of them have screens. There are no window coverings in the kitchen which you need to walk through if you are staying in the upstairs bedroom to get to the bathroom. The parking situation is a tad challenging. There is no curb or sidewalk and you just kind of have to wing it pulling alongside a fence. The refrigerator was running very warm and the freezer was unable to make ice while we were there. It was not repaired during our stay. All that being said, all the things you need for a stay in a vacation rental are there and it's fairly clear where everything is. The furnishings and rugs are on the older side but are generally comfortable.
