The Space:

Soft morning light filters across the open living area as you settle into a quiet moment before the day's adventures. After hours exploring nearby parks, you can step back into a space designed for gathering, relaxing, and spending time together. Evenings unfold easily here, whether you unwind near the private pool or enjoy the comfort of the indoor spaces.



Sleeping arrangements

Five themed bedrooms provide room for your group to settle in. The downstairs bedroom features 1 king bed with an ensuite bathroom, offering convenient access to the main living areas. Upstairs, you will find 1 queen bed with an ensuite bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms each with 1 king bed and ensuite bathroom. The fifth bedroom includes 2 queen beds and an ensuite bathroom, creating a flexible setup for families and friends.



Outdoor living

The private pool and hot tub offer a refreshing break throughout the day, with outdoor furniture and loungers for relaxing between outings. The patio area gives you space to enjoy the warm Florida air in any season, whether you start your morning outside or unwind after returning from the parks. Pool heat is available as an added option.



Indoor spaces

A large living area brings everyone together, while the game room adds a playful setting equipped with a pool table, arcade, and games. The washer and dryer provide everyday convenience during longer stays. For guests traveling with little ones, a pack 'n play/travel crib and a high chair are available.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen includes the essentials you need for preparing meals, with stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. The indoor and outdoor dining spaces offer flexibility, whether you prefer a quick breakfast before heading to the parks or a relaxed dinner at home.



Neighborhood

Located in Reunion Resort, the home places you within a short drive of major attractions, including Magic Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal. The gated community offers a peaceful setting with golf courses, walking areas, and convenient access to nearby restaurants, water parks, and local activities. Driving slowly and watching for golf carts is encouraged, as many full-time residents enjoy the neighborhood paths.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above. Please note that we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park. Additionally, the loss of this card will incur a $150 fine.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
