The Space:

Sunlight pours through the balcony as you step onto the patio, the scent of warm Florida air mingling with the gentle ripple of the private pool. Inside, the open‑plan living spaces invite laughter around the large sofa, while the kitchen’s stainless‑steel appliances gleam, ready for family meals. Every corner of this Reunion Resort villa feels designed for togetherness, from sunrise breakfasts on the outdoor dining table to evening swims under a starlit sky.



Sleeping arrangements

- Bedroom 1 (downstairs) – King bed, sleeps 2.

- Bedroom 2 (upstairs) – King bed, sleeps 2, ensuite bathroom.

- Bedroom 3 (upstairs) – 2 Twin beds, sleeps 2.

- Bedroom 4 (upstairs) – Queen bed, sleeps 2.

- Bedroom 5 (upstairs) – King bed, sleeps 2, ensuite bathroom, balcony.



Living spaces

Two spacious living areas provide flexible gathering spots. The downstairs living room opens to the patio, while an upstairs loft offers a cozy nook for reading or games. Both rooms flow into the indoor dining area, which seats the whole family comfortably.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to craft home‑cooked meals. Adjacent indoor dining blends seamlessly with the outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy meals al fresco surrounded by pool loungers and patio furniture.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool framed by comfortable loungers, perfect for sunbathing or cooling off. A hot tub nearby adds a soothing option for evening relaxation. The balcony off Bedroom 5 offers a quiet spot for morning coffee or sunset views over the resort grounds.



Conveniences

A free washer/dryer is available for fresh linens and clothing. All four bathrooms are clean and well‑stocked, with two ensuite facilities attached to the king‑bed rooms. The villa’s location within Reunion Resort grants easy access to community amenities while maintaining a private, tranquil atmosphere.

With five bedrooms, flexible living areas, and both indoor and outdoor dining, the space accommodates families of all sizes. Whether you’re gathering for a game night in the loft, cooking together in the kitchen, or winding down after a day at the nearby parks, the villa provides a welcoming home base for every moment.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above. Please note that we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park. Additionally, the loss of this card will incur a $150 fine.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
