About this space Beautiful SOLAR POWERED home ( a big plus in the Dominicalito area with the power going out frequently) in great location. It is nestled in the jungle between the surfing town of Dominical, and the bigger town of Uvita, with many activities to choose from. There is an abundance of wildlife on the property to enjoy, and the beach is only a 20 min walk. There are caretakers that live on the property, as well as the owner on some occasions (should you need anything). A 4X4 VEHICLE IS REQUIRED!! The space This is a three bedroom three bathroom spacious home with wonderful views. It is tucked in the jungle, so you will see monkeys in toucans almost on a daily basis. It is a solar powered home, so no need to worry about losing electricity or wi-fi. This is a big plus bc in this area it happens almost daily (normally it’s for periods less than an hour, but has happened for up to 3 days on a few occasions. The owner lives on the property and so does a small caretaker family, so there is normally always someone around should you need anything. Guest access Entire house and pool Other things to note The pool is a sitting pool. It is an infinity pool with an 18 foot wall that the water Cascades down. This could present a problem with children so I do not allow children under the age of 12 for this reason

Our family of five had a great time here! The house was excellent, and the cows were amazing. Everyone has plenty of space to spread out and do their own things, or gather in the main room together. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped. Now that the third bedroom is not attached directly - you enter from the exterior.

Hello :) I’m Gail originally I’m from Chicago but lived in the Northwest for the last 30 years. I bought my property in 2019 and moved here as soon as I could. It suits me well. I am passionate about my property and it’s important to me that my clients have an enjoyable stay. I like being here for them.
Why they chose this property
I enjoy the nature the most. It seems everyday I see something really cool.
What makes this property unique
I don’t want to harp on it or anything, but in this area I’m pretty unique because of the solar power.
