Great house for a large family get-together

House is very nice for a large group - plenty of beds and rooms. Convenient location - walk to town center, close to lake beach and very pretty hiking trail.Property manager replied promptly to all our questions and needs. We had everything we needed and hot tub is definitely a bonus.

Great location

This rental was perfect for my large family. We were looking for a place close to Hunter Mountain and this house was perfect. Less than 10 minutes from Hunter and had enough beds for my family. The hot tub was a plus. I would definitely recommend this house!

Beautiful home. Peaceful. Lots of rooms. Children enjoyed the pool, making s’mores, and adults the hot tub. Enough space to park 4 cars. House is next to a playground for kids and tennis/pickle ball, basketball and you can rent a row boat/canoe within walking distance (about 10 mins walk). Great communication with host. Would love to visit again.

Group trip

We had a group of 13 stay for a weekend ski trip. The host always replied in a timely manner. The house was roomier than the pictures make it look. The hot tub was very clean and worked well. Would definitely bring some extra cookware along as there’s not enough to cook for a larger group, the host did let us know this ahead of time. Overall a good place for a weekend getaway.

We had a fun family trip— this property is in a great location, with a lake and park within walking distance, lots of nearby hikes, and a cute town just a short drive away. The property met the needs of our large group (lots of bedrooms)— note that there’s one indoor gathering space, as the first floor is a combination kitchen, dining room, and living room with the house’s only TV. Our group couldn’t easily split up while hanging out indoors, but luckily, there was plenty to do outside! I recommend renting a canoe at Rip Van Winkle Lake— the park also has pickleball courts, basketball, volleyball, and a skate park area (bring your own gear for these activities). The hosts were responsive and check-in was easy. We had a lovely stay!
