Super conveniently located cabin with all the amenities needed for a comfy stay! The cabin was nicely cleaned before our arrival and the bed on the main floor was incredibly comfortable. We certainly enjoyed our time away at Hibernation Station.

The place was clean but kitchen counters had crumbs all over. Washer was unplugged because it didn’t work but was never told it didn’t. Three different check out instructions in the cabin and a complete different one was sent to me very confusing. Small things that need to be looked into. The property and location were great cabin was nice. GPS took us straight to the cabin.

Cabin is clean. Easy to get to. Extra directions given led us astray, used the address and found it easily. Could use a few more towels. Cleanliness problem was with the mattresses. When we removed sheets, the mattresses need to be cleaned. Overall, property is good.

Property was very cozy directions were given to me and when I called for the security, they got right back to me. This made my stay a lot better . The home itself was clean. Decorations were cute. Made us feel homie and the hot tub was an added benefit. Loved our stay and will be wanting to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. The cabin is exactly as pictured and so cozy. The beds were super comfortable. The communication with the owner was quick. Great stay!

Although it is a cute place, was extremely dirty. Floor was sticky and dirty. Obviously had not been mopped prior to our arrival. Barbecue grill was a mess, old, and rusty. Took an hour to clean so we could grill steaks. Fire pit was filled with debris. Coffee pot had leftover grounds and coffee with bugs floating in it. They give you one towel per person. property has potential that was given some TLC and better cleaning service.

This property is beautiful and located close to Lake Chatuge and the fairgrounds. It was clean and as described The only real issue we had was with the communication. You see, a week or so before we were to come I received a message from the property management asking for us to pay the remaining balance on this rental. However, I’d paid it all in full to VRBO over a month prior. This may have been an issue between VRBO and the management company. Next upon check in, we noticed there was water in the master bathroom floor. We let them management know. We also told them the toilet was also running constantly and we were told it’d be fixed asap. The next day we asked them to please fix the washer asap as we needed it. The next day water was in the floor again, toilet still running, and we contacted again. No response. Not fixed. Finally the day before we checked out, I called again and told them (on voicemail again) that I expected some compensation/refund as I was never able to do laundry. Someone texted me and told me I would get some sort of refund to my credit card, but never told me how much. The property is great. The communication, not so much. I left with the toilet still running and the washer not working and leaking water into the floor. Looked like it had been a while too bc the flooring was beginning to bubble up. Only other issue is not enough bath towels for two bathrooms and a hot tub.

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and boy did we cook!! Our cats seemed to really enjoy the peacefulness of the location. The barrel grill was wonderful and the bed in the master slept great. We couldn't find the corn hole game and didn't get a chance to play pool as balls were missing. We had a hard time starting the fire due the wood being wet so we went and bought wood and fire starters to get a big fire started. We left behind some fire starters for the next guest as well as candle's to surround the hot tub for a romantic experience. All in all we had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back! Thanks Robbyn for early check in and late check out!!

Why Do You Need A Buyer's Agent?
First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost.
The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true. In fact, seller's agents charge the same price regardless of whether or not you use an agent.

Here are a few things a buyer's agent does:

Helps you through the negotiating process. This is probably the most important part of having an agent represent you. The agent working for the builder or seller has one job and that is to sell you a home – maximizing the profits for their seller. You have to understand everything you're signing including addendums to the contract, possible delays, what would happen if your current home doesn't sell, etc. The most important thing to remember is that a buyer's agent helps walk you through everything step by step and works FOR YOU, not the seller.
Makes sure you don't overpay for a home. If you buy your home directly from the seller's agent they are only looking out for the seller's interests. A buyer's agent will provide you with valuable comparable properties and five you their opinion of the value.
