Charming 2 bdrm townhome with many amenities in enjoyable Lake Placid.
Your cozy getaway awaits in Lake Placid at this brilliant townhome. With 2 bedrooms (but sleeps 8) - the primary featuring a queen bed, tv, large dresser and closet. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds, a large dresser and closet. The unit also has 2 sofa sleepers such that the property can sleep 8 comfortably. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, heating, AC, large screen tv, fireplace, and private Jacuzzi and sauna. Plus, relax in the open living room or get some peaceful reading time in the loft/office space. Outside enjoy a spacious downstairs deck and a comfortable upstairs balcony, perfect for star gazing.
The loft also has a desk and chair for those working remotely. Within walking distance you will have the public beach with a playground, tennis courts, restrooms and vending machines. Also, very close is our favorite Lake Placid Pub and Brewery. Walk a little further into the village where you will find numerous restaurants and bars, unique stores, rental shops, ice cream parlors and an outdoor concert venue featuring free concerts every Tuesday night.

We love our Air B&B but now we have 2 dogs and they aren't welcomed at this resort. We want to be able to enjoy our special vacation spot sometimes but other years we choose to allow others to enjoy it, as well.
Why they chose this property
This area is super accessible to all that the village of Mirror Lake and Lake Placid has to offer. You could spend the week and not even drive if you were so inclined. It is also only 11 miles from Saranac Lake which is a charming and interesting village, as well.
What makes this property unique
Our property is clean and in great shape. Our kitchen has everything you will need to cook and bake. The floor plan is open and has an Adirondack lodge flair. The beds are comfortable and fairly new. The jacuzzi is a nice way to relax at day's end or throw the kids' swimsuits on and let them play in there. It's almost as good as having a pool. The extra large dining room table is great for game playing or arts and crafts.
