Deluxe Truckee TownhomeExcellent location in Truckee. Clean, cozy and well appointed townhome with all the amenities you`ll need for a very comfortable and memorable stay. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, free Wifi, garage parking, lots of fluffy and extra towels. Walk to restaurants and shops in downtown Truckee! One block away , get on the `The Legacy Trail` at the entrance of the community park to walk or ride your bike for miles. Minutes to Northstar, Lake Tahoe, Donner Lake, & all Tahoe activities.

Fantastic spot for relaxing, long weekend

Had a lovely stay over a long weekend. The house is wonderful, and the location was convenient to downtown and so much more. House was clean and well-appointed and served as a great base for exploring the surrounding area. Lori was communicative and helpful - from the initial booking all the way through to our departure. Would 100% recommend and will plan to stay here again for a future return visit.

This property was very conveniently located to many popular spots around Lake Tahoe. The town of Truckee is a fabulous spot in itself. There are so many great restaurants and Donner Lake is close by as well. The townhome was very clean upon arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Tahoe Condo

Beautiful townhouse, very well appointed and can walk to Downtown Truckee

Karen was wonderful to work with! The property is exceptionally clean and literally has all you need, even down to the finished garage. All beds super comfortable, linens everywhere, and master bath is a retreat. We will be back with our 3 kids for sure again!

Great townhouse. Walking distance from Truckee downtown. A great casual bar/restaurant called Blue Coyote is two blocks away. Ideal set up. Our new August home to beat the desert heat!

Beautiful home base for exploring Truckee

This place was just perfect for a long summer stay for our family of two kids (5, 10) and a pet. The place was even nicer and larger than I had expected from photos. As others have mentioned, Karin has thought of every need and made living there easy. The place is walking distance to a huge playground, skate park, bike trail, running paths, downtown, farmers market, music in park, and so much more. Highly recommend.

A Beautiful Place to Relax!

Karin did an excellent job at providing my fiancé and I a place to stay and enjoy the North Tahoe area for a few days. The property was extremely clean and very well stocked with many necessities, making the stay enjoyable and worry free. We enjoyed the many comforts such as the king size master bed, jacuzzi tub, and both fireplaces. We will definitely consider booking with Karin again as she was easy to work with, responded quickly to my requests, and because her Truckee escape is downright beautiful!

Really nice clean condo in a great location. Much more spacious than expected. We had 2 adults, 2 kids plus a pup and it was a perfect rental. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen had a nice open setting and was well-stocked, and the gas fire was huge for a very cold weekend. 10 minute walk to beautiful downtown Truckee. Karin was very easy to work with and gave a lot of information before hand. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect in every way as our ski hideaway

From the moment we walked in, we felt we were at home. The townhome was gorgeously decorated, impeccably maintained and had every amenity you can think of. The bathrooms were large and luxuriously appointed (the master bathroom even had a fireplace!). The kitchen had top-notch appliances, every needed cooking utensil and the perfect layout. We only left to ski, as we were so comfortable here. We normally go out to dinner, but preferred to be nestled into our ski hideaway. The owner was a total 10, so helpful and amenable to our every request. We will definitely be staying here again. Hoping to be there again this ski season!

Wonderful Relaxing Condo

What a wonderful place to stay....the owner Karin was very prompt and courteous with any questions you may have, and she has great taste in decorating. We loved having the two fireplaces and my husband admired the tile that was in the master bathroom. We didn't want to leave. Even our child, who usually is a homebody, would have loved to stay longer. We came with one other couple and their child and the condo was a perfect size for the 6 of us. The condo is well thought out as the master bedroom upstairs is on the opposite side of the 2 bedrooms downstairs, so it is very quiet. And so clean! I am extremely picky about cleanliness and this place was spotless. Downtown Truckee is lovely and very close. Would love to stay here again and recommend it highly.
