It was a great place to entertain adults, not necessarily for kids. Furniture an outside needs some attention.

In Dallas for my daughter’s wedding. This house was close to the venue. It was a comfortable home to share with our out of town guests. The master suite was amazing and other rooms comfortable and spacious. This home could be on HGTV

The house is plenty large. A few things needed to be fixed but the owners seemed to be very open to quickly making those items work. The only part that was tough (and not the fault of the owners) is the surrounding homes all had trailers including one that made it difficult to back out of the driveway. It seemed like it once was a pretty neighborhood and HOA has let it go to the pits.
