Relax and play at this beautiful and private 1.5-acre property w/ two gravel pads for boats or RVs, 50-amp service in the garage, 2 kayaks, 4 paddle boards, 2 canoes, and a small sailboat available for you. Play badminton or other yard games in the spacious yard. Golf and boat landings are just down the road. The Peshtigo River Wildlife Area and 5,000+ acres are a short walk or paddle away. Go birding, fish, hunt, hike, or kayak the river delta. Great spring Walley and perch and huge pike fishing right here!
