The master bedroom suite is comprised of the entire top level, with a queen bed and sitting area that provides additional twin sleeping space with a convertible chair. The master suite spills over onto an upper level deck with panoramic water views overlooking Point Judith Pond and Potter Pond. Imagine morning coffee enveloped in sea breeze and the sights and sounds of the passing Block Island ferry. There are two bedrooms on the ground level containing a full bed and twin bed, respectively, each also having a twin size trundle. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave. The dining area accommodates indoor dining and a small seating/gathering area overlooking the lower deck and backyard. This cottage is adjacent to two others and served by a shared driveway. There is potential for sleeping two, four or six additional persons by booking one or both adjacent cottages, subject to availability. This setting is just 1.5 miles from East Matunuck Beach via pedestrian route--bike or walk there without waiting in summer traffic. Stroll next door for breakfast at Snug Harbor Marina Grill. You are also steps from local marinas, a public boat launch, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, and ball fields. If you are looking for a break from the peace and serenity that this location offers, take a ten minute drive to Matunuck Beach Road for live music at the Ocean Mist or ocean side views at The Pub in Matunuck.
