Nestled in Iowa City on a quiet cul-de-sac, this delightful home offers 3 bedrooms - 2 with king beds and 1 with a bunk bed and pull-out trundle. Basement has a sleeper sofa plus two additional couches. All told, can sleep up to 11 comfortably.

Amenities include washer/dryer, WiFi, coffee bar, sun room with TV, and brand new grill on back deck. Basement includes 3 mounted big screen TVs plus a fourth TV so you're not missing any sporting events on game days!

Full bathrooms on both levels.

5 minute walk to Finkbine golf course, 20 minute walk to UIHC, Kinnick, Carver or Duane Banks field.

Great house for Hawkeye football weekends in Iowa City. We had 8 guests and all slept comfortably. The three large TVs downstairs were perfect for watching other games throughout the weekend. Would definitely stay here again.

We found the house comfortable and clean. My teenage boys loved the hangout in the basement. It was a quick drive to everywhere we went in the area. We would book again!

A great place to stay!!

The house was easy to get into and a perfect fit for our needs. House was located in a very central location of town. It has a nice back yard for the kids to run around in. When we had a problem with something, the host responded quickly and resolved it. Thank you for a great place to stay for our large group.

The host was great to work with. Timely and clear communication. Everything was very clean and as pictured. The house is in a great location. It’s close by several restaurants and night life.
