Our family friendly 3 bedroom 2 full bath beach condo with central air conditioning is located on the ocean side of Central Avenue between 22nd and 23rd Street. It is very convenient to both the beach and boardwalk. The beach is a short walk - down to 23rd Street, turn left and cross only one avenue (Wesley Avenue) and you're on the beach! The boardwalk also begins at 23rd Street, with no commercial property higher than 14th street, it provides a nice area for the morning bike ride or an evening stroll.

We are pleased to offer lots of extras including 6 beach tags, beach chairs, a gas grill, mini crib, booster seat, toys, games, and strong Wifi internet. New key-less entry so no need to worry about who has the keys!

Our condo is bright and cheery. Recently updated with new sectional sofa, dining table, fresh paint, updated kitchen, new hardwood floors, and new bathroom fixtures - all in the past few years. Living room has HDTV with an amazon/roku streaming player, YouTube TV for basic cable needs, and high speed internet. The kitchen is well stocked if you desire to cook, although the many opportunities for take-out and restaurant dining will provide stiff competition after a full day on the beach.

Kitchen: This new kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, new stainless appliances, a Keurig duo coffee maker, air fryer, small blender, hand mixer, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware, etc..

Dining: Table with built in leaf and seating for 8. New slider door out to the side porch where you can get a nice breeze, makes our condo unique to the rest in the area.

Bedroom/Bathroom Layout:
BR #1: Queen bed -- sleeps 2. Flat screen TV with streaming.
BR #2: Two sets of twin bunk Beds -- sleeps 4.
Master BR: Queen Bed (with a rollaway twin bed available) -- sleeps 2 (or 3). Flat screen TV with streaming.
Master Bath: Shower and single sink.
Hall Bath: Full tub with shower and double sinks.

**Guests provide their own bed linens and towels.

Laundry is in its own room off the hallway with the back door.

The outdoor shower out back just can't be beat. A new back patio next to the shower is a great spot for morning sun or the evening breeze.

A secure storage area for your bikes and beach gear is located next to your 2 parking spaces. We also provide lots of beach gear such as umbrellas, chairs, beach cart, toys and there are two bikes available to use.

No Senior High School Groups.
No groups under the age of 25.
Smoke Free and Pet Free.

This has been a great summer vacation spot for our family, we love being a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. It's an excellent, low key, area. Uncle Bill's Pancake House, Aunt Betty's Ice Cream, Blitz's Market, and the new Nauti Donuts are all just a block away. Once you get here you really don't have to leave unless you want to, so we decided to buy a place in this exact location. So enjoyable and relaxing, can't wait for you to enjoy it as much as we do!
