Safe, quiet neighborhood to recharge & relax. Spacious, fully renovated with modern features, queen bed, and dedicated work space. Family lives above, so please expect infrequent, normal noises. No parties or events. Only relaxing.

Hang towels on hooks and leave bed linens on the bed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are from 9pm - 7am. Not library quiet, but please keep the noise down.
Please treat the interior and exterior of the house with care and respect. Any damage or excessive cleaning will be billed to the guest.
Additional overnights guests or large gatherings are not allowed.

Friendship Heights basement apartment

A well located, small basement apartment, good for those who want suburban DC or an easy one-line metro commute to the sights. The apartment was quite clean, well decorated.
