I had an amazing stay. The place was well stocked with towels and washcloths. Plenty of space for me and my guest to celebrate my birthday. Well decorated and the view of the city was beautiful.

We had the most marvelous time during our stay at this home for a music festival in Atlanta. Aside from wishing I had a new knee to handle three stories of stairs, everything was immaculate. The beds were comfortable, towels clean and plentiful, kitchen well stocked and equipped with great appliances, and the location made access into town super accessible. We’d definitely stay there again.

Listing shows 5 queen beds and 1 twin sofa. When we got there it was only 4 beds and a Chase lounge sofa type thing. People who paid for a bed then ended up having to sleep on a couch. I would strongly recommend updating the listing. Other than the property and location were great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Graduation weekend

Overall, I was highly impressed with the listing and so was the rest of my family. We enjoyed our time here and we definitely will be returning for the next graduation party if fit the right amount of people into a good space I will say the more people that come in the hotter. It does get in the unit downstairs, but it’s OK because people are upstairs downstairs just enjoying themselves, the house was super responsive Our stay was amazing.

Awesome in so many different ways

A great space for any trip to Atlanta -- family weekend, guys weekend, girls weekend. Walkable to Atlantic Station and Georgia Tech and close to just about anything you would want to do in the city. AMAZING skyline view from porch - wonderful to sit and relax at the end of the day! New construction, very clean, easy to communicate with host. Only thing we'd change is a couple of the pieces of artwork that were a little more morose than our liking, but wouldn't let that stop us from staying here again!
