Wonderful location, could walk to all events downtown. Grocery just a block or 2 down the street which was very convenient. Loved the eclectic decor, really cute. Host was very responsive to questions. We had a wonderful time.

Our guest was very neat and clean and concurred with guest policies to a tee
This was exactly what was needed for an extended stay - great discount for longer-term use. Convenient to downtown and grocery store. The only drawback is that the available parking is a bit tight, but it worked out okay for my sedan. A larger vehicle might find it difficult to park without blocking the nearby strip mall and other property. The host was very responsive and personable via e-mail.
This apartment was very large and beautifully remodeled with updated kitchen and bathroom. It included everything needed for cooking and cleaning and the bedding and towels were above average. It was such a great location for walking to downtown restaurants and Publix became a wonderful daily walk if groceries. The host was easily available for questions. We definitely highly recommend this unit.

Our guest was very neat and orderly following all our policies. Would recommend them and invite them back any time it is available.
We wanted to be close to the Fort Myers Boat Show and this property could not be any closer. We walked just over a block to the entrance gate. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

The guest was very responsive to all our policies and we would gladly invite them back when available
I stayed here for a month and offer the following brief comments:Pros: The unit is conveniently located, being walkable to Publix, downtown and the riverfront park - particularly suitable for someone having no car. During my stay, the upstairs unit was solo, with the downstairs being unfinished, unoccupied and thus quiet. I found the unit to be very clean, spacious, nicely furnished, with adequate amenities. Owner Dave was responsive in addressing my questions and concerns promptly.Cons: The unit has intrusive but tolerable day-time noise from traffic, people on the sidewalk, lawn crews and construction equipment right across the street. It sounds like the windows are open when they aren't. And, during my stay, at different times, I encountered 3 large roaches, daily ant invasions in the kitchen and bath, and a major outbreak of bathroom drain flies. I expect such pests will be treated though with management having demonstarted a caring attitude for the place and guests.Despite the flaws, I found this to be an excellent place. For anyone wanting a downtown location at a modest price, this may be the best value option to be found.
