About this property

Casa Colorado: 4BR Luxury Home · Rooftop Deck · Colorado Mountain Base Camp

Some Colorado trips are just a weekend. Others are the ones you talk about for years. Casa Colorado is built for the latter.

This brand-new, professionally designed 4-bedroom home in the heart of the Denver metro is the perfect base for everything Colorado does best — ski seasons, summer adventures, family reunions, and unforgettable Red Rocks nights. With space for up to 10 guests, a stunning rooftop deck with Rocky Mountain views, and a warm, modern interior that actually feels like home, you'll wonder why you ever booked a hotel.

The Home
✔ Sleek, open-concept living area with designer finishes and plenty of room to gather
✔ Fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances — cook in or feast out, your call
✔ 4 spacious bedrooms with comfortable, well-appointed beds for restful nights after big days
✔ 2 full bathrooms + 2 half bathrooms

The Crown Jewel: Rooftop Deck
Pour a drink, watch the sun drop behind the Rockies, and let the week sink in. The rooftop is where Casa Colorado earns its name — sweeping mountain views, fresh Colorado air, and a private outdoor space that's worth staying in for. End your adventure days around the firepit — rehashing the best runs, the best trails, or which opener at Red Rocks was the most insane. Good stories need a good setting.

Your Colorado Home Base
✔ 10 min walk to Clear Creek Greenway — trail running, biking, and fly fishing right outside
✔ 8 miles to Golden — historic downtown, great eats, and the famous Coors Brewery
✔ 10 miles to Downtown Denver — world-class dining, sports, and nightlife
✔ 10 miles to Red Rocks Amphitheatre — one of the greatest concert venues on the planet
✔ 50 miles to Arapahoe Basin & Loveland ski areas
✔ 75 min to Breckenridge, Keystone & Copper Mountain

Made for Longer Stays
Casa Colorado shines brightest when you have time to settle in. We welcome stays of 5 nights or more (weekly discounts available) — enough time to catch a show at Red Rocks, get a ski day in the mountains, explore the foothills, and still have a lazy morning on the rooftop.

Whether you're here for powder, peaks, or pure relaxation — book your Colorado week at Casa Colorado.

Everything was as described in the listing. We had one minor issue with the coffee maker and the owner came out and repaired it the next day. The house was perfect for two couples in town to see a concert at Red Rocks!

Had a wonderful stay at Casa Colorado! The place looked brand new and was clean, modern and spacious. The location was great for our planned activities and plenty of convenient amenities very nearby (grocery store, restaurants, etc.). Kevin, the host, was very responsive and accommodating - couldn't ask for a better host! If we are back in the area next year, would rent Casa Colorado again!

Contruction zone

First off the house was as shown in the pictures and description, new build clean. But it is surrounded by the construction of the other units so the parking is little to none. The garage is made for a compact car.you can fit one car in front of the garage and by the house if the contractor isn’t parked there and they will show up in the morning and block you in so you have to find some one to move the trucks and deal with that the whole time. The host was responsive to the situation, but they would move vehicle and then just move one right back in.also a/c unit didn’t work house has a lot of west facing windows and no blinds so it gets hot in the afternoon and no blinds in the upper bathroom so the guys on the scaffolding working on the house beside the unit can look right in the bathroom. Neighborhood isn’t a bad streets really busy for pulling in and out of the unit.

Hi Aaron, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your stay was not up to your expectations and take your comments seriously. While there is currently ongoing construction on one side of the house, we are unable to dictate where construction vehicles park. We understand that can make parking in the garage or driveway tight with larger vehicles like you had, but there is plenty of on-street parking that was available during your stay that should have been utilized instead of the community driveway where parking is not allowed (as described in the house rules). Although you declined to have someone stop by the same day to address your complaint about the A/C, we sent someone over after you checked out and confirmed the A/C is working as expected. We understand that the while the west-facing windows afford our gests beautiful mountain views, they can warm up the house quickly in the afternoon if the HVAC system has been turned off. To help mitigate the temperature and privacy concerns you’ve expressed, we will be adding blinds to the upstairs bar area and upstairs bathroom. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
