Perfect setup for our group!Beautiful updates all around, spotlessly clean, and plenty of space for our four adults and two teens. The kitchen is fantastic and having two full fridges was a total game-changer for a group our size. Great pool and golf course views. Highly recommend, and we will definitely go back!

Absolutely beautiful house and backyard oasis. The detail of decorating is not normal. You would believe that a good friend has invited you to spend time at their home while they’re gone.

We enjoyed our stay! Safe, quiet location. Clean home. Easy check in. I would recommend buying Keurig pods over ground coffee. Their coffee maker is a tiny Mr. Coffee maker. Just a small thing, overall amazing stay and would definitely stay again!

Perfection in Sea Pines

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been traveling to Sea Pines for 10 years for our family vacations and this home was hands down the very best we've ever stayed at. The owners have done an impeccable job curating an absolute dream of a vacation home. The home is stunningly beautiful, extremely well appointed, and the owners have thought of every little touch to make it feel like home, from beach towels, to inflatables for the pool, to even a Tupperware container full of sunscreen. The home was spotless and free of clutter, yet had beautiful decor that made it feel like a home. We adored our 2 weeks in this home and cannot thank the owners enough. Beyond that, the rental company was truly top notch. We have rented with a variety of companies over the years, and Coastal Homes has been one of the very best. Highly recommend this home and Coastal Homes for your next HHI vacation.

HHI

The house is beautiful. The pictures are accurate and seem recent. The colors and decor are stunning. Short bike ride to the beach. The covered area by the pool offers a great outdoor but shaded place to relax. The house was clean, modern, and well maintained. We would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous Renovation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having stayed at this property several years prior to the renovation, we did a double-take when we saw the pictures online, and then did a triple-take once we arrived. What a fabulous renovation! The home was thoughtfully refreshed and so very clean. The only downside was a persnickety AC issue that popped up a few times during our stay. However, Coastal Home & Villa was fantastic in staying on top of getting it resolved, reaching out several times after the repairs were completed to make sure things were OK. Top-notch customer service!I cannot stress this enough: As I mentioned above, my family stayed here several times in the past, and it was sorely in need of a complete renovation. Not any more. This home is a gem in every sense of the word. Even the exterior landscaping and patio area, especially in the backyard / pool area, were refreshed. Kudos on a reno/refresh well done!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely LOVED this home! Our entire family agreed it is the most beautiful and CLEAN home we’ve ever rented. The owner did a beautiful job with the renovations – it is hands down the best home we have ever rented. The pool was perfect and we enjoyed it, especially after returning from a day at the beach. The beach was easy to get to. We enjoyed biking to Harbour Town – where we even picked up some local goodies from the market at Quarterdeck. If you rent this home, you will not be disappointed. We cannot wait to return. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us, we made memories to last a very long time!

Stunning caption getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home in Sea Pines! The house was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Every update was high-end, and you could tell the owners put a lot of thought into making it both stylish and comfortable. The home was exceptionally clean, and from the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The pool was fantastic, and our family used it every single day. It was one of the highlights of our trip! The location was perfect as well. It was about a one-mile bike ride (around seven minutes) to the nearest beach access, which was never crowded and often felt like we had our own private beach. It was also only about a two-mile bike ride to the Sea Pines Beach Club, making it easy to enjoy everything Sea Pines has to offer. The property management company was excellent to work with. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay, including the air conditioning unexpectedly stopping, and they responded immediately. Everything was fixed quickly and professionally, and another small issue that came up was also handled right away. Their responsiveness made the experience completely stress-free.We truly couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Our entire family loved this home, and we are already planning to stay here again next year. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-managed home in Sea Pines!
