The condo had a beautiful/direct view of the ocean from the balcony. The appliances were new. The condo was clean and the air conditioning worked great. The bed sagged a bit in the middle, but maintenance came and put some slats under the mattress which helped tremendously.

Beach view was good from the balcony. The two problems we had were 1. the exterminator came through and sprayed the condo. No dead roaches but a few small cockroaches came out during our stay. My wife began to feel a little uncomfortable, hoping that none traveled home with us. 2. Conflicting instructions on how to leave the room (what temperature and how to leave the linens). Oh the dishwasher door is restricted by the refrigerator so my wife washed the dishes instead of loading the dishwasher. Overall it was a very nice condo.

Couples getaway

The view from the balcony was beautiful. The mattress in the bedroom desperately needs to be changed. It was extremely uncomfortable and folded in into the middle. Since we raised the temperature in the room while we were at the beach, we would come back to a smelly room. We are fairly certain it was smoke from previous tenants/renters and possibly mold or mildew from the washing machine. The dishwasher would not open all the way due to the refrigerator being too long for the space.

Arrived Sunday after business hours for liquid life probably around 630pm.. there’s a couch and two chairs in the living room that look like waiting room furniture. No remote in bedroom for tv and couldn’t use tv without it. Called after hours they said it’s not an emergency so someone would come Monday to replace it. Monday around 4 no one had came yet so I called and lady said someone would come that day and was no need for anyone to be there. Went to dinner and came back no one showed up. The following 3 days I didn’t see anyone. Also the fan in bathroom was so loud you couldn’t hear yourself think
