We live on the east side of downtown Dallas, TX. We love living in the vibrant urban area of Dallas. We consider ourselves urbanites. But, wow it is so great to be able to leave the city and spend time in gulf coast city of Port Aransas on Mustang Island. Our family, friends, and guests have found beach living is much better than living in the concrete jungle of Dallas TX, even though Dallas is my favorite city.

Why they chose this property

The ability to experience the sand dunes, see the beach, watch the sun rise across the ocean and go down behind our beach house. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Our property is nestled within the sand dunes with a gorgeous view of the ocean. It is a custom modern home with all the things your family will love. A heated pool, free 6 passenger golf cart, beautiful landscaping around the pool, We provide all the things you family will need to enjoy the beach with beach chairs, games, cooler, and coverings to keep the sun off of you while on the beach.
