We have one dedicated parking spot out front along Winthrop St. There is a second parking space available in the lot to the right of the building. This spot is tandem (meaning parking back-to-back) so you will need to coordinate details with the neighbor with whom we share that tandem spot - usually leaving a note with your name and number on the dashboard usually works well. Nearby public parking is also available.

For safety reasons, the fireplace is decorative and not intended for guest use. Thanks so much for understanding!

These routine visits help us keep the property well maintained and are often scheduled by the homeowners association or other service providers, so the timing is outside of our control.
