The wonderful location of this property is about 10 minutes to all major attractions including Raymond James Stadium, Downtown Tampa, Water Street, Amalie Arena, The Convention Center and Ybor City.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Please start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes and add one dishwasher pod.
• Please place all dirty towels in the washing machines (washer/dryer set in both main and guest house) and add one tide pod.
• Throw away garbage bags into the blue bin by the side door of the main house. Recycling is the green bin if needed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
