You will want to cast off those bowlines the minute that you enter 1403 Ocean Club as you look out over the sea. The view is truly breathtaking and will take you back to what the explorers of the 1800’s thought as they piloted their great ships to the sea. Master bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen all share a simply amazing view of the Atlantic. The sound of the crashing waves or the glow of the sunrise will last in your memory for years providing instant awareness of peace and serenity.

“Sea La Vie” at 1403 Ocean Club is very different than the original Ocean Club design providing your family one of the most unique vacation experiences of a lifetime. Walls have been removed so that the interior is now completely open, providing a modern twist to the kitchen, dining and living area. This openness is what allows so many breathtaking ocean views. The kitchen has several unusual features such as two under the counter drawer refrigerators and two under the counter beverage coolers. There is also a small fridge in the laundry room, which has the only freezer compartment available, however there is a built in under the counter ice maker in the kitchen. The entry doors to each of the master king suites are concealed so that they blend into the modern wood paneling that lines the living area. Once you find these hidden entrances, you will discover two spacious king suites, one with a private bath. and the other with a bath that also has a halway entrance. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, as well as a private bath.

When you finally descend to the beach, you will discover a new paradise. Located at the tip of the Isle of Palms, the beach just to the Northeast of Ocean Club is difficult to access by everyone except for Ocean Club guests. From this location you can watch dolphins dance in and out of Dewees Inlet, or enjoy watching the kids catch a wave on their boogie boards. All of this from sitting in a single spot on the beach adjacent to Ocean Club! The swim center at Ocean Club is also very special, with a large pool and separate hot tub. Grills are also available close to the pool in case you wanted to grill fish following a charter fishing expedition. The Wild Dunes Links Golf Course is only a long par five from Ocean Club.

- City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- The built in coffee maker shown in the pictures is not operational, but the home has both drip and keurig coffee machines.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- There is a closet to store beach gear next to the home's entry door.
- The Ocean Club pool is unheated and is open yearround from 8am to dusk. The pool deck features a community grill and a hot tub.
- Golf carts/LSVs are not permitted at this complex.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Ocean Club pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

- There are two parking spots available. Parking in the garage is for Owners Only.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
