The spacious floor plan of 1408 Ocean Club offers a large living and dining area giving you a relaxed and roomy atmosphere. The well-stocked kitchen overlooks the breakfast bar, dining area, and living area. The dining room table seats six comfortably and could accommodate eight.

1408 Ocean Club has three spacious bedrooms each with all new bedding and direct access to a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed. It also offers access to the large deck. The second bedroom has a king bed with a private bath. The third bedroom has one queen bed, one twin bed and a private bath. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- The Ocean Club pool is unheated and is open yearround from 8am to dusk. The pool deck features a community grill and a hot tub.
- Golf carts/LSVs are not permitted at this complex.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
