The Space:

The space at Tau 612 is designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living, where comfort meets contemporary elegance. The open-concept living and dining areas flow seamlessly onto a private terrace with a plunge pool—perfect for relaxing while enjoying serene ocean Each of the three bedrooms features its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for every guest. The fully equipped kitchen and BBQ area are perfect for casual meals and gatherings, while the bright, open layout creates a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the residence.



During your stay, you will enjoy a selection of thoughtfully curated services and amenities, including daily housekeeping, breakfast preparation (food, beverages, and groceries not included; additional costs apply), concierge services, a 6-seater golf cart, and access to the Premier Golf Membership (subject to applicable access fees)—all designed to provide a seamless and elevated Punta Mita experience.



Bedroom Configuration:

Master Bedroom: One (1) King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and double shower, Smart TV, desk, A/C, and a furnished terrace with spectacular ocean views.

Bedroom 2: Two (2) Full-size beds (one trundle), en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, Smart TV, A/C, and a furnished terrace with ocean views.

Bedroom 3: Three (3) Full-size beds (two trundles), en-suite bathroom, Smart TV, A/C, and a furnished terrace.



Please note that gratuity for the staff is not included. Tips are always appreciated and we kindly encourage guests to consider them based on the level of service received.

As a guest of Tau 612, you will enjoy the privileges of a Punta Mita Premier Golf Membership, providing access to an exclusive collection of world-class amenities within the community.



This **Premier Golf Membership** includes access to four private beach clubs: Pacífico Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club, El Surf Club, and Sufi Ocean Club, each set along stunning beachfront locations and offering full restaurant service, all available to vacation rental guests.



In addition, you will have access to two exceptional Jack Nicklaus–designed golf courses, Pacífico and Bahía, as well as the Tennis Center, Fitness Center (Available from 12:00pm - 6:00pm), and over four miles of scenic walking and jogging trails throughout Punta Mita. (Additional fees apply)



**Access Fees**

Please note that access to Punta Mita amenities is subject to a one-time Access Fee per guest, per stay. This fee is established by the Punta Mita community and is not included in the rental rate unless otherwise specified.

You're just minutes from Sufi Beach Club—perfect for beachfront days—or the Sea Breeze restaurant at the St. Regis for an elevated dining experience. Getting Around:

Explore Punta Mita effortlessly with the included 6-passenger golf cart. Within minutes, reach top destinations such as the Punta Mita Golf Club, Sufi Ocean Club, and Sea Breeze Beach Club. Our concierge can arrange private transportation for longer trips or help you explore nearby attractions like Sayulita or La Cruz de Huanacaxtle.



Other Things to Note:

A security deposit equivalent to $1,500 US or $30,000 MXN is required as a pre-authorization hold on the guest’s credit card upon arrival



Cancellation Policy:

1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees.

2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.

3. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.

Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation.

Eating is not allowed in the pool.

Do not put food in the bedrooms.

It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes.

No pets allowed.
