Come visit the pristine Rhode Island coastline. Stay minutes to many beaches.
Beach parking pass to Charlestown Town beach (1 mile) and Blue Shutters Town beach(6.5 miles) included. One town over South Kingstown offers Matunuck town Beach and the state East beach.

Home is walking distance to Ice cream, two restaurants, a deli, pizza , three coffee shops CVS pharmacy, the USPS,the Charlestown mini super, farm stand, local seafood and gift shop.

Large back private yard to fire up the grills after a day at the beach.
Many activities nearby: fishing, surfing, kayaking, paddle board, shopping.

This home has 5 bedrooms. Three on the upper level: two queens and a full and two on the lower level: a King and a two twins.

The main kitchen has a two seat breakfast bar and open dining and living room. The dining room table sits 6 people comfortably. The is a deck off the dining area.

Downstairs there is a laundry room/snack kitchen and another full size refrigerator. The snack kitchen offers a drip coffee maker, double hot plate, toaster/toaster oven and microwave.

There is an exit to the back yard and lower deck from this level.
There are two gas grills one on each of the decks. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower.
Outdoor entertainment offers a ping pong table, corn hole and yard dice. This home is on an acre of land.

Had a great time at your house. It was perfect for our family lots of great space. Very clean and comfortable.Loved the ping pong table and the outside deck area.The kitchen was perfect for cooking our meals and having TV's in all the rooms was definitely a plus. I would definitely stay here again. Met the owners and they were lovely.

Very comfortable home with a great outdoor space, outside shower, fire pit and family games. There was an extra refrigerator and microwave on the bottom level. Lots of space. The owners were responsive and very nice.
