Enjoy a relaxing time near the beautiful Kentucky Lake. Set in the quaint town of Grand Rivers, KY. Eagle Landing Villas are located in an upscale community just minutes from downtown which includes regionally famous Patti's 1880's Settlement Restaurant, ice cream shops, antique stores, and more. Located just on the edge of Land Between the Lakes National Park, you are in walking distance of multiple hiking and biking trails along with a short drive to the Elk & Bison Prairie or the Nature Station.

The Villa is designed to sleep 10 with plenty of room to add inflatable mattresses. Also enjoy the 1 car attached garage! Additional cars can park on the edge of the road, but please NO parking on the grass or in the other driveways.

The Villa is only 25 minutes from the KY Oaks mall and additional restaurants in historical Paducah, KY.

Positives: very nice new property, nice furnishings, good location if you don't mind the construction around you which we didn't mind but some mightNegatives: no wifi so no tv, 2 washcloths for 3 people for 3 days, no shampoo or bath soap, floors weren't swept or mopped, carpet wasn't vacuumed, food left in cabinets and freezer, beds were made but not sure if sheets were actually washed, response from owner was lacking. Response from my first inquiry was I will check with previous tenants and I'm sorry, never did anything to fix issues and didn't respond at all to second inquiry.
