Welcome to Marama Cottage— our slice of heaven. We love watching the seasons transition on our small organic farm. Come visit our animals, have some farm fresh eggs, and try some world class walnuts. At ours, you are only 15 mins from the city but feel like you are worlds away from it all. With 2 cozy bedrooms that comfortably sleep up to 6, toys for the kids, tv, free wifi, laundry, and all the amenities you could need taken care of, staying with us is truly like finding a home away from home.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please put all your used towels into the bathtub
Please DO NOT remove duvet covers and matching pillowcases from the bed. Just strip the sheets and put them into the master closet.
Rubbish and recycling are located in two small black bins outside the cottage adjacent to the long raised bed across from the BBQ. Use either bin for either as we empty these after each guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
Christchurch has everything on offer all the time… you can ski in the morning and have a beach picnic for dinner. The natural beauty that surrounds this area is literally breathtaking, and there is so much more to explore just a bit further afield. It’s the perfect springboard for adventure and culture and we absolutely love it.
What makes this property unique
Our property is located in a triangle of more populated areas making it very convenient. We are never more than 5 mins from a cafe or restaurant, but our property itself feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere. Our hectares if established gardens make our idyllic slice extremely private and protected.
