This was a comfortable in-law apartment. It was well-maintained and in a decent area, albeit not walkable to any destination. The only novelties to be aware of is that the bedrooms are tiny, with thin homemade doors. One of the bed frames squeaked a lot and some of the furniture was “rustic”…not a big deal to us, but the majority of the furniture was new IKEA stuff. Owners were communicative and accessible.
