Excellent for our Hall of Fame trip

This property was perfect for our trip to the HoF. It was well kept and very clean. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would like to make this trip an annual event and will definitely hope to book here!

Great location for Cooperstown

We had a small group spend one night so we could spend a day in Cooperstown. Dave was a great host and made everything super simple.

Great stay

We had a lovely getaway for baseball and hiking. Dave was great to work with - very helpful and communicative. The living room was especially nice to come home and relax after long days out and about.

Baseball Hall of Fame Family Reunion

Perfect for a family reunion group of 4 adult couples. Every couple had comfortable private rooms. The shared space downstairs was roomy and spacious. Drive into Cooperstown for museum was an easy 10 minutes. Grocery store was right across the street so it was convenient to shop and cook family meals.

Very nice overall. However, there were sheets left in the dryer when we arrived and dishes in the dishwasher. Outiside of that we had a very nice time. Thank you.
