The Cliffs have the best views on the island. The amenities are impeccable. The communication with the host was very easy. Looking forward to rebooking when we have a need for a three bedroom . From having coffee in the morning to drinks at sunset the patios were great

Wonderful stay in St Martin

My group has visited St Martin for the last 5 years, and this is the nicest place we've found. This unit is beautiful, it had everything we needed, and the kitchen was fully equipped. What a great place to relax in between beaches and surfing and scuba.

Fantastic stay at the beautiful apartment at The Cliff. Every morning we woke up to the crystal clear turquoise sea visible from the balcony and windows. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed, a well equipped kitchen, three full bathrooms and an half bath, good Wi-Fi and smart TVs too. The resort is lovely with an amazing pool and beach access.

Great view and a very nice apartment. Everything looks new and well maintained, except the air conditioning, which is very loud and doesn’t feel consistent with the otherwise updated system. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. There is beach access, but it is very challenging due to the rocky terrain and really only suitable for sporty or adventurous guests who just want to swim. There is no sandy area to relax on, so you have to climb back up to the pool area. The pool itself is nice and enjoyable.

Absolute Perfection!

Our family had an incredible stay at this condo — it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how comfortable and thoughtfully designed the space was. The furniture was comfortable and modern, and every detail felt intentional and high-quality. It was perfect for our family.But the real showstopper? The view. Absolutely breathtaking! Whether it was enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening, the views from the balcony were fantastic. The views from the infinity pool were also a highlight. Photos don’t do it justice.Another major bonus was the location — just a short walk to a variety of fantastic restaurants, Mullet Bay beach and a small market for groceries.We also enjoyed the small beach on the property and snorkeling around the reef right off the beach.We rented a car and enjoyed the convenient and secure on-site parking.Overall, this condo is a gem and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit the island.

Het appartement is erg mooi en zeer stijlvol ingericht. De foto's komen volledig overeen met de werkelijkheid. De locatie is prima, dicht bij allerlei leuke eetgelegenheden en supermarktjes. Er was een klein welkomsmandje met versnaperingen en er stonden 2 flessen water klaar. De host, Beverly, reageerde supersnel op vragen. We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. Als we sxm weer bezoeken, hopen we dat dit appartement weer beschikbaar is.
