Host communication was excellent. We had a power outage from a storm while we were there and My Ocean Rental was right on top of it with communications about the power outage and how to track the repair progress. They contacted me with availability before and after my booked dates incase I wanted to arrive early (which we took them up on that offer) or stay late. The fishing dock and pool were used a lot be our group. The kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware and appliances (bring your own slow cooker if you plan to use one). Everything was fantastic. I would rent here again. My only note is that the smoke detectors looked like they weren’t connected (my brother pointed it out and I was having too much fun on the beach to notice). Great property and excellent host company!

We’re happy we could keep you updated during the power outage and assist with your arrival and departure flexibility. We appreciate your note about the smoke detectors and will have that checked to ensure everything is functioning properly. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us, we’d love to welcome you back for another great getaway!
