Located 5-10 minutes from Disney World and overlooking the world famous champions gate golf course, this resort is equipped all the amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay;

There are restaurants and stores located less than a mile away such as Mcdonalds, Chili’s, Subway, Pizza hut, Publix Grocery Store, and Walgreen’s drug store.

This condo is as good as new! It has been fully renovated with brand new modern furniture and televisions (April 2017). The master bedroom boasts a brand new king size bed with a new 43 inch flat screen TV (2160 Pixels). The second bedroom has 2 brand new twin size beds with a new 43 inch flat screen TV (2160 pixels). The living room is equipped with a new 55 inch TV, DVD player, and new pullout sofa which sleeps two. The dining room is also new with 6 chairs to suit a bigger family. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, granite counter tops, and new plates and utensils.

Improvements since April 2017: The unit is now stocked with laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, hand soap.

The property was clean, in a great location, and communication with the host was excellent. It was a very basic set up, but if you come prepared with your own toiletries (bath soap, shampoo, etc) it’s all good. Special bonus that it’s on the bottom floor. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location and host and property manager were very attentive before and during the stay. Only recommendation is to have the cleaning company do a more detailed job and to have more supplies even if trial size for dish soap and trash bags and salt and pepper, etc. Would definitely stay again

Buyer beware!! This host scammed me!! Upload pictures that showed pet hair and pet food and said it was my unit and charged me an extra150!! I do not own a pet, this was a complete lie and they must have just uploaded any saved pictures they had to get extra money!! I was told I left the place perfect then a day after I was accused of having a pet !! I do not own a pet!! I am sharing my screenshots and my experience. This may be a good deal but it is a set up to charge you more money in the end. Once again I do not own a pet so this was a lie!!
