The apartment was spotless and clean, its well maintained but is on the older side for kitchen and especially bathrooms. The floors are no longer carpet but laminate now. Some of the furniture could use updating also like beds. Good water pressure. Great area plenty of dining and very quite. Nice pool also.

Laundry area was very good. Kitchen did have enough items to cook and serve..The picture on line was not what we had in the living room, didn't seem to be newly renovated. Condo had a musty smell. We didn't realize it was on the 2nd floor. The water wasn't very hot in the shower. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable.

The condo was as presented. It was nice to be able to sit on the patio each morning. We did have a bit of delay being able to check in due to housekeeping finishing up in the condo. The floors were still wet and the whole condo smelled of strong bleach. The smell dissipated, but were able to smell it our whole stay. Overall, it served our needs.
