Relax in your own private pool or enjoy the day on a beautiful Carolina Beach!
The beach access is literally down the driveway, past the condos and across the street. Take the kids fishing on the Garden City Pier or enjoy the arcades! Visit famous Sam's Corner for a hotdog or enjoy the night life along Atlantic Ave.
Don't forget to visit the Marsh Walk in Murrells Inlet. Enjoy various dining choices, live music and a beautiful view of the inlet. Everything you need for a memorable family/friend's vacation.
Our space is stylish & comfortable with an open concept den, kitchen and dining room. The bedrooms are equally comfortable, each bedroom has its own bathroom. Bedroom #2 is located on the main floor with a queen bed and private bath. The master suite has a king bed and private bath with double sinks and a large soaker tub. Bedrooms #3 and #4 have 2 queen beds each and a private bath with large shower. All bedrooms have a smart TV or a Roku device for streaming.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All dishes must be washed and put away. Remove bedsheet and pillowcases do not remove pillow protector, mattress cover or comforters. Place on Kitchen floor. Roll trash cart to road for pickup.
Make sure Blue Stripe pool towels are washed, dried and returned to the basket for next guests. (There is a $50 laundering fee for unwashed pool towels)
Clean around pool area and straighten chairs. Rinse sand off beach chairs and beach umbrella. return beach toys to storage box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No house parties. small family events are allowed keep guest list to 10

The duplex was awesome! Very nice home in a nice location. We had some parking issues with the group in the other side of the duplex, but otherwise, it was a great stay!

Great place to stay just steps from the beach. Just some minor issues with an older house that may need some appliance/plumbing updates. Unfortunate to not have any view of the beach/ocean from the balconies. However, I would stay again and recommend it for a medium sized family.

Overall we had a great stay! It is very neat and clean with plenty of room for all our guests! The driveway is hard to get in and out of especially if there are more then 2 cars! Otherwise great place!

Myrtle Beach Wedding

We had a great stay at this property. We had a total of 8 people staying in 4 bedrooms, which worked out perfectly. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which made preparation for events very easy. Access to the beach was perfect, being just a short walk away (less than a city block). The property was clean, the pool worked out great for our small group, and the communication was very good. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a good location with easy beach access, at a good price! We would definitely use this owner and property again!

A fantastic week with family

We had a great week at Dawn’s place. The house was so close to beach access. The kitchen/great room was the perfect place to hang out. The pool was so nice too. Dawn was very responsive.

Finally- a fun family beach vacation !

We were so pleased with this property. It was the perfect size for our family. Lots of wonderful living space. Right across the street from the beach. Very clean. The pool made our vacation. Fun place to gather and cool off, play cards, and chat. The owners were kind and super friendly.

Lovely property and host

Our family enjoyed our week here very much. The home is beautiful, with a well-equipped kitchen and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The pool area was very nice with plenty of seating and it was a very short walk to the beach. Communication from our hosts was great and we would love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our week in Garden City and the house was perfect!

This is the 2nd year renting this house and it was wonderful both years! The owner was so nice to work with and accommodating to our needs! Close walk to the beach and near all activities! Great place to stay!

Nice family townhouse

Our overall vacatIon was great. The owner was wonderful. Responses to concerns and any issues were quick. Had issues with the pool and the owner did everything possible to have it corrected. The unit behind us was unrented and we were offered their pool if we wanted to use it. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from these owners again.

Summer 2021 vacation

We were very happy with the beach house in Garden City SC! We received good directions from the owners and located the house without much trouble! We loved that it was just across the street from the house and the house was very spacious for our family of 10 adults and kids! We had a few maintenance issues but contacted the owners and they responded immediately and took care of everything! Loved the place!

We are the LaRocque Family. We both grew up in SC and came to Garden City Beach to vacation when we were younger. Now that we have kids and grandkids want them to experience the beautiful beaches and easy pace of Garden City.

Why they chose this property

I remember as a child having yearly family vacations in Garden City. Family members from as far as New Jersey would come and rent homes along the beach. All of the kids would band together and spend the warm summer nights playing games at the arcade or walking the pier to see what the late night fisherman had caught. Garden City still to this day offers family fun for all ages without having to drive all over the place. We love it here and hope you will too.

What makes this property unique

The private pool offers you and your guests a chance to enjoy the water without the sand or if you prefer the beach, it's a quick walk down the street. Both the Garden City Pier and the Surfside Pier are a mile away and both areas have restaurants, arcades, bars and music.
