Newly updated home in beautiful Surfside Beach! Complete interior, professional paint. 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath to easily accommodate up to 10 guests. Fully stocked kitchen with ample seating for your entire family. We are sure you will find everything you need to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. Each level of the home has covered front porches for morning coffee or relaxing outdoors. Hard flooring majority of the home, newer appliances and tastefully decorated!

Appliances on site: Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher (new), Stove (new), Microwave (new) and side by side fridge with ice and water in the door! Beautiful comfy family room furniture!

Our home offers a very large shared pool, perfect by day and well-lit when the sun goes down.

Perfect location, easy access to beach, great having a pool right outside (never crowded even with it being a shared pool with 4 other houses). The home was very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with items needed. Could not have asked for a better Hostess, Angie was amazing. We had a wonderful time. It definitely “Feels Like Home”.

Clean, Family Friendly, Close to Beach

We enjoyed the easiness if the short walk to the beach. The pool was great to have right there. The neighborhood is super quiet and great for families. The owner was very responsive and had the house loaded with everything we needed. The place was well cleaned and there was lots of stores and restaurants nearby. We rented a golf cart for the week to get around to the pier and places along the ocean road. Had a great trip. Parking requires skilled drivers! Its a bit tight for 3 cars and a golf cart....

Perfect Getaway

Angie was super responsive and so incredibly hospitable. The house was spacious and perfectly laid out. All of the amenities made it the perfect week at the beach. The pool was an absolute bonus, and the quick walk to the beach was ideal. Recommend this house to anyone looking for a family house near the beach. Thank you!

Family weekend

We have rented through VRBO many times and I will have to say this was the easiest checkin and check out we’ve had. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a family weekend. The distance to the beach was an easy walk and the pool was a big plus. The host was awesome to work with. Family asked if we could return next year for Memorial weekend. Thanks for a great stay and lots of memories.

Amazing upgrades!

This will be be the third time we have visited this property and we are loving the new upgrades. We chose this house initially because of the proximity to the beach and continued staying because of the nice permanent resident neighbors! This time we were totally floored by the upgrades made since our last visit...new rugs, new flooring, and linens! I guess the house was recently sold and Angie the house manager went above and beyond. We booked to go with our kids for the Christmas holiday and Angie was so sweet to help with with a few decorations and stocking stuffers. I think for the new experience and upgrades of the property this house is a steal! Planning our summer trip back soon:)

Clean and well equipped!

This property was perfect for two families! Nearly every bedroom has its own bathroom and there was plenty of space for our party of 8 to spread out. The bedrooms are spacious! The decor was tasteful and the property was well maintained. Small details were much appreciated, such as: travel size toiletries in the bathroom, numerous cozy throw blankets throughout the house, extra pillows/blankets/bedding in each bedroom, ample towels in each bathroom, and pool towels for use. The pool area is clean and such a fun time for the kids. The beach is a short 5 minute walk from the property, especially if you head out the back pool gate. This home truly made it feel like a home away from home as every little detail was taken care of! The owner responds quickly to communications too! 5 stars!!

Great Place To Stay

The house is very clean and has so many amenities …. we loved that there was a Keurig and the kitchen has just about everything you would need…utensils, pots/pans, colander, even had some spices. It is only 1 block away from the beach … great location! There is an outside shower and an area to sit and relax under the car port. The pool is nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Memory making 2021

We truly enjoyed the property. Parking was a bit of a challenge because of where the house is located and we all have large vehicles. Short walk to the beach farther than what are normally accustomed to but not a deal breaker.

Beach Week

We had such a lovely stay at Vitamin Sea. Angie, our host, made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen is huge and fully equipped.. Loved how we could all gather in the kitchen and at the bar at the same time. We were just a short walk from the beach. So many beach items available to use - games, chairs, toys, etc. I believe we made use of the entire home including the balconies. Hope we can be repeat guests next year.

House was exactly as shown Angie was very prompt in answering questions. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans and appliances, and enough towels for everyone. Short walk to the beach with direct access. The pool was a bit smaller than expected, but good to cool off in.

Great House and Location

The house was clean and was furnished with everything we needed. Quick walk to the beach made out stay even better. All of the neighbors where quiet. No early or late noises to wake you up. The owner was nice and very helpful. We will definitely stay again.

This is my family’s second year staying here. Everything is perfect.

Kitchen is fully stocked, pool is always clean, close walk to beach, plenty of room for large group and Angie is always so prompt to respond. My only complaint is the beds could be more comfortable.

Home away from home

This was by far the best rental we have ever had. I felt at home from the moment we made reservations. Angie was so easy to work with. The house was everything that was advertised and more. I have never been to a home so clean and well stocked. I look forward to returning here someday soon.

I am happy to have lived in Surfside Beach for about 18 years now. I am originally from Charlotte, NC but have loved the beach my whole life. I love to spend my off time at the beach or biking throughout Surfside.

I look forward to hosting your beach vacation! My goal, as a host, is to make your home away from home experience the best it can possibly be. I want everyone to have a 5-star experience!

Why they chose this property

This property is family owned and managed, and we take pride in the personal handling of the home. I don't think you will find a cleaner or more helpful experience. Our highest compliment is always about how clean it is found at check in!

The neighborhood is a mix of rental properties and permanent residents. I would choose SSB hands down over the surrounding communities. Surfside is incorporated with it's own fire and police department. The town goes above and beyond to host special events and keep the streets and areas free of debris and just looking beautiful. There are kids parks, bocce ball courts, tennis and pickle ball courts and other areas to enjoy throughout town. They even have a nearby overflow parking lot on 13th South for those who occasionally need an extra spot outside of our 3 car limit.

What makes this property unique

Located about .7 miles from the New SSB concrete pier. The pier area has several new unique restaurants and is developing into a really cool area! Close enough to walk to pier area, but not so close that you get into all the beach crowding with public parking, etc. They usually have a volleyball court on the beach set up in the summers and the vibe year round is something we never tire of as locals.
