The 3 full bathrooms with showers make space for everyone. The main floor consists of a living room with a sofa bed for extra sleeping, quiet corner bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom. All accessible with no stairs. The house has a driveway if you have a car.

The house is walking distance to University of Oregon campus and all sporting venues. It's three blocks from campus, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena. Walk out of the front door and follow the families and students to Autzen Stadium, taking the magical bridge walk which opens up to a picturesque view of the stadium.

Two blocks from the house are great places to grab coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Best house and location! We were thrilled to stay here and have such easy access to dorms for our student and dining options on 19th street. Just a perfect house for a UO visit in Eugene and the house was so clean. Driveway comfortably fit one car, bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. Can't wait to visit again and this will be my rental of choice, no doubt. Should be yours too!

This is a lovely home with a comfortable layout and room enough for our small family gathering. For those with limited ability, one bedroom is downstairs but all others are up a long, but spacious flight of stairs and the bathrooms are on the small side. The neighborhood felt safe and convenient. The host was wonderfully helpful and very patient with my many questions. She is a gem. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at this home while in Eugene for my daughter’s graduation! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable family gathering. The location was perfect—close to campus, shops, and restaurants, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Great location for a track meet at Hayward Field. So thankful! We walked back and forth many times a day. We really appreciated having a driveway for parking. Pizza, coffee, ice cream and more are very close to the house and right on the way to Hayward Field. Owner/manager was responsive too. We would stay again if we go back for another meet.

Great location and awesome hosts!!

The location couldn’t be better for events at Hayward Field! We had 6 high school athletes, 1 coach and 1 parent. We all had enough space. The kitchen worked very well and we used it a lot since our timing didn’t allow many organized meals. There were tons of dishes, silverware, etc, which we definitely needed. The host was super responsive to my questions and provided a lot of helpful information. I will likely use this location again, assuming we make it ba k to the tra k meet!!
