The lay out, the atmosphere was jus great ... Only thing was having trouble with was the wifi connection but other than that i we had an amazing stay .... I had forward this rental to others that love it here ... again thank you very much

Team was responsive anytime we had a question , house was nice we weren’t told about the community center but it was very nice and had a kids section at the pool !! Will highly recommend. Ice cream truck even came around a few days we were there soft serve & italian ice .

There is an ant problem so lots of small ants crawling around on the floor, in the kitchen drawer, on the stove, etc. Also the carpet was not vacuumed good enough, there was still little crumbs and dirt on the carpet when we got there. The carpet also needs cleaning, there are spots on the carpet mainly the stairs. We were not able to use the pool because it had stuff floating in it. On the second day the pool was murky and then cleared up. Communication was great and he sent someone out to clean the carpet but it needs to be shampooed.

we had no TV Wi-Fi for over 2 1/2 days the furnace wouldn’t heat so the house was at 60 which obviously was very cold. A lot of the living room furniture is very ratty looking stained couches very gross and most of all the frustration we had was that the host was not able to get back to us. We kept text messaging but they didn’t answer

The house had ants literally all over I requested twice for ants to be sprayed, they never came I went to Target and purchased RAID, the carpet is dirty immediately as you walk in, and throughout the house, the furniture in living room is worn and the sheer curtains are thin and provide no privacy. The blinds in front bedroom, are too short on the sides, I was getting dressed with the blinds closed and the lawn care man and myself made eye contact through the large gap on the sides. The mattresses are old and creaky, I really had high hopes for a Christmas brunch in the property but we tried not to even bring food in the house because of the ants.
The walls are dirty and carpet I’ll provide a carpet photo
This is gap in blinds after trying to shove them inside window to close gap
