This is one of the best locations at Hale Kamaole, ground floor walk out to the pools, tennis court, bbq's and of course the Beach!! You will be right at the beach, there is super boogie boarding, great sunsets, & lots of beach walking! Hale Kamaole is a beautifully landscaped, low density property consisting of spacious one and two bedroom condominiums. Our condo has a New Stearns & Foster King bed. and a location in a very quiet part of the ocean front, Hale Kamaole Resort, we know we offer one of the best values in sunny South Maui. Located across from the Kihei Boat Ramp and Kama'ole III Beach Park this is the perfect spot for those who love the water and don't want to drive 30 minutes for those snorkel & scuba diving trips to Molokini. Easy access to the best beach on Maui, Keawakapu, just one block away.

Our condos have a warm, inviting feeling and have been custom designed for a fun and relaxing time for us as well as our guests. Fully equipped kitchens have been completely remodeled with maple cabinets, a full size range, microwave, Dishwasher and a full size refrigerator. We had a great time enjoying south Maui. The condo was clean, located across the road from the beach, grounds were well manicured and beautiful. Loved the beach and use of the umbrella and chairs were a plus. Great location and the sea turtles were an added bonus! Very happy with our stay!

Great condo close to Kam 3 beach

It’s a great size condo for two people. Had all the basic needs for us. Very close to Kam 3 beach park. Communication with Karen, property owner was excellent. It is a great value for the price.

Just what we needed

Loved it here. Very accurate description/pictures. Thought the location was fantastic with a wide grass area and the park/beach right across the street. Having a manager on site was super helpful for questions and tips. Close to shops, stores, beaches; this place was ideal and easy. There wasn't a single hiccup, amazingly smooth. Will be staying here again when we come back to Maui!

Beautiful spot on Maui

We really enjoyed the location on the shady side of the ground floor, with rolling lawn in front where we watched the children play. The condo was well stocked with good quality cookware, and tastefully appointed. It was quiet except when the people above us dragged their chairs around, but that’s condo living! We hope to stay here again some time.

The property was great. It was on the ground floor and an easy and quick walk to the beach. We saw great sunsets. We could walk to many things, but we did rent a car in order to travel to the Maui Ocean Center and other places of interest. The office staff was very helpful. I forgot the code to our condo but was able to get hold of the owner who provided it. She was extremely nice. A great place to stay!

Perfect Location

This unit is perfectly located. It is in the best part of Hale Kamaole (closer to the beach and on the east side that does not have to deal with the bright and blinding sun (and accompanying heat) during the day. In addition, Hale Kamaole itself is adjacent to Wailea without those high prices (since it is technically in Kihei). That affords easy access to the Wailea beaches, as well as Kihei restaurants and shops. The unit has everything you need, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and a well equipped kitchen. Superb value!

We are smokers and weren't allowed to smoke on our patio. I understand it's a nasty habit but outside on the patio should have been open for us to smoke. We utilized the "smoking area" and it worked but was inconvenient. We got in late in the evening and hadn't had a chance to look at the "rules" and a neighbor stopped in to mind our business and felt obligated to enforce this rule himself. What an ass

Lovely condo and area

The condo complex is great with 2 nice pools and a beach across the road with good snorkeling and saw sea turtles. Condo was very comfortable and well equipped. Linda, the manager was awesome

Lovely Stay!!

We had a nice stay. Loved the location. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had an issue, and the property manager was right there to assist. She came by the next day to make sure everything was ok.

Great Place to stay

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable and it had a view of the water from the lanai. The unit manager made a point to check in with us a couple of times to make sure everything was okay and the condo managers were very personable. It is within walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores and several popular beaches. Great value for the money.

Tacos in Paradise

Great ground floor unit with easy access to the pool and BBQ. Had everything we needed and was nice not to have to rent beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers…we even left a couple noodles. Great stay and location is great.

I grew up living in Seal Beach, Southern California, I love the beach, and Maui is always warm & lovely. Bob & I have been going to Maui for over 30 years. We love to come over and enjoy the beach, although most of the time we are working on improving our condos for our guests enjoyment, making sure all is up to snuff :)

Why they chose this property

We love Maui, we were going to buy next door (Kamaole Sands), While there looking, there was an open house at Hale Kamole, so we went and had a look. Really loved what a difference, low density, wonderful tropical gardens and the units are larger too, nice views over the gardens, Hale Kama'ole was the pick for me! And so it began with #239, then we added #250 with a super ocean view and larger. We also purchased #162 over 10 years ago to add to our retirement plan :)

What makes this property unique

Ground floor walk out are the premium units at Hale Kama'ole. Guests love to walk out to the pools, bbq's and tennis court. They also love the close proximity to Kamaole III Beach Park. It is just across little old South Kihei Road.
