I did not have a beach view from the room. But we could walk out to the beach multiple times a day. The host was very responsive and stayed in touch. The location is was very good with grocery store and a lot of eating places nearby. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and other supplies. Would love to come again. The place was little expensive but I would attribute it to the busy season of the year. There was no pool or at least I did not see one. But other than that my stay was very pleasant.

Isla Verde Stay

This property was identical to what is shown in the pictures. It is in a great location with direct access to the beach. It is in an area where you can walk to the grocery store and restaurants with a short drive to many other popular locations in San Juan. The place was clean and our early check in request was accommodated. I did not feel unsafe in this neighborhood. I would stay here again for the luxury of having your own kitchen and separate sitting space from the bedroom. The only things I would note is the bed is extremely firm and the shower water is more of a luke warm if you like super hot showers.
