As you walk into this 2025 renovated condo, the door opens to entry with a closet full of beach gear, wagon, chairs, and more! Our goal is to make your vacation easy and worry-free. Continue into the refreshing living, dining, and kitchen area, then grab a cold drink and walk straight out to the spacious balcony where you’ll find sweeping ocean views and outdoor dining.

This area is famous for the International Speedway, the Beach Nostalgia, and fun Events at the Bandstand. We can’t wait to see you during Bike Week or the National Cheer Competition each spring.

**All Oceanfront Units have hallway windows to some bedrooms. Both the Wave and Sand Rooms do have windows from the rooms out to the hallway (black out curtains/blinds provided). We provide a sound machine for additional comfort for our guests that are light sleepers.

Guests access the property via the check-in counter by the valet parking signs. Then guests may obtain their parking pass and garage entry card. Guests are allowed up to 2 parking spots for this unit.
Guests have the entire unit to themselves. Quiet hours for the hallway should be 10 pm.

At the Luxe Beach Escape, we supply our guests with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a fully stocked kitchen. We are excited to offer beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, a cooler bag, and more. We restock these items semi-annually and ask our guests to throw out items that are past their use. We encourage our guests to leave behind things that won’t travel with them for other guests to use as well.
